We do accept most insurances and will file claims on your behalf; all you need to worry about is bringing your insurance card.
Don’t have insurance? That’s okay. We offer a 10% discount if services are paid in full at time of service.
What Can You Expect at Your First Appointment?
When you walk into our office, it’s all about you. Linda will greet you with a big smile and will make sure you’re checked in and will happily answer any questions you may have.
We’ll get you in right away. We offer blankets, pillows, noise‐cancelling headphones, and hand spa treatments. Once you’re fully pampered and relaxed, our team will perform a comprehensive exam, take full digital x-rays, conduct a gentle cleaning, and will answer any questions you may have.
From there, Dr. Balutowicz will come in and chat about your goals and desires before starting her exam. She’ll take a look at your smile and report any oral health issues. To help, she uses visual models and cameras to show you what she’s seeing. In the end, the decision is up to you how to proceed.
Please come a bit early for your first appointment and plan to stay for 90 minutes. Our doctor and hygienist would like to have the time to get to know you better and learn what you like about your smile.
